Bylaw Adopted

At the May 12, 2026, Regular Council meeting, Council adopted amendments to the District of Tofino Official Community Plan (OCP), updating several policies related to housing, growth management, water supply, reconciliation, and land use planning. The amendments reinforce the District’s current approach of prioritizing affordable and attainable housing, limiting water-intensive development, and focusing future growth within existing serviced areas of the community.
